The Chapman Creek Hatchery operates year round with a full time hatchery manager, 2 technicians and a group of dedicated volunteers.
Daily Activities

Clean hatchery water intake screen

Clean all tanks holding fish

Fill feed buckets and feed fish

Give tours to visitors

On-going maintenance of tanks, pipes, buildings, roadway, grounds, and gardens

Assist large & small fishermen at the Catch-A-Trout pond

Assist with Gift Shop and hatchery administration

Collect brood stock and sort by species
